From four way stop in Winterset, go east 7 miles then go north on 200 TRL almost to Patterson. Then go north 1.5 miles to Upland TRL go north 1 mile to 190th St, go east 1.7 miles to acreage on north side of the road. Look for auction sign.
LAND: Approximately 22 acres of pasture or a great place to build a house. With new fence on three sides and a nice pond and rural water. This is a very nice property to build a house or pasture.
TERMS ON LAND: 10% down day of auction, rest due at closing.
