Peoples Company is honored to represent the Rees Family in the sale of their family’s Guthrie County farmland located southeast of Guthrie Center, Iowa. The farm has been a family heirloom since 1971 and the first time it’s available for sale in more than 50 years.

• Approved Yield History for Corn is 199 bushels per acre and 55 bushels per acre for Soybeans, well above the county average yields of 176 and 50. Most recent corn planted years were 233, 215, and 263 bushels per acre and most recent soybean planted years were 67, 62, and 52 bushels per acre.
