Driving Directions: from Lamoni, Iowa south on HWY 69 for 9 miles, then west on Missouri Hwy 46 for 5 miles to auction site. Or from Eagleville, Missouri 3 miles north on HWY 69 then west on Missouri 46 for 5 miles.
Auctioneer Note: Manley Purdon was an absolute delight to be around and might prank you if he got a chance. He was passionate about his family, old tractors that needed to be restored, and any kind of press that needed to be restored. In later years he started making wooden rolling pins on a wood lathe. The proceeds from which he donated to local food banks. Finally, if you had livestock within 150 miles of Eagleville, Missouri he probably hauled for you one time or another.
Auction will commence at 10:00 am with household, tools, and other misc items. At 12:00 noon we will move to the simulcast/live portion of the day with presses, primitives, tractors, trailers, and other implements. The host of the simulcast/live will be through NextLot with no buyer premium. Pick-up at the farm that day and the following Monday no Easter pick-up.
