STORAGE UNITS PUBLIC AUCTION

The contents of the following storage units will be sold at a public auction for non-payment. The auction will be held at SKE and SEE Mini Rentals located at 2203 North Main St. and 2400 North Main St. in Osceola, Iowa on June 11, 2022. The auction will begin at 10:01 am. Each unit will be open for viewing. Buyers will not be allowed into the units before being sold. The buyer will be purchasing all items in the unit with cash and required to post a $50.00 cash deposited on each unit. The deposited is refunded after all items are removed and the unit is left cleaned. The Buyer is required to remove all items in the unit by 5:01 p.m. on June 13, 2022. Registration for the auction will start at 9:30 a.m.

THE FOLLOWING IS A BRIEF LISTING OF ITEMS THAT WERE IN SIGHT. THERE IS OTHER PERSONAL PROPERTY IN THE UNIT NOT MENTION AND WILL ALSO BE SOLD BECAUSE OF NON-PAYMENT.
