This auction will be located at the Broadway Storage facility. Auction bidders park outside the facility and will enter through the main gate of Broadway Storage. Bidders will proceed on foot to the auction site at unit # 1120 to receive bidding #’s. Successful bidders will be allowed to enter the facility with their vehicles to pick up and remove purchases at the end of the sale.

This will be a sale inside the Broadway Storage facility, entrance will be through the main gate and no vehicles will be allowed into the storage facility until after the sale at which time you will be allowed to enter with your vehicle to pick up your merchandise. Auction company is not responsible for items purchased, you are responsible for your merchandise.
